It is important to us that you are pleased
with your purchase. If you are not completely
satisfied or if you have any comments, please

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate returns
and exchanges for up to 30 days from the
date of receipt, provided that the hangtag
has not been removed, and the product has
not been used. The product to be returned
must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Please ship the product back to us. Once
we receive your package, your return will
be credited, less shipping costs, in the
manner in which it was purchased.
If you are making an exchange we will notify
you when we have received the original item
and receipt, and let you know when we will
ship your exchange. If your exchange is
for an item of greater value, we will need
to have credit card information at that
time to charge you the difference. If your
exchange is for an item of lesser value,
we will issue you a credit in the amount
of the difference.
When returning items without an original
receipt (gifts or lost receipts), you should
contact us at (401) 842-0010 and provide
the following information: Your name, address,
phone number, and the date of purchase/
receipt. We will check our purchase journal
and contact you with verification of the
purchase and purchase date. Once we have
verified the purchase, please ship the product
back to us. Once we receive your package,
your return will be credited, excluding
any shipping costs.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS ground
or the United Postal Service. All international
orders will be shipped via the US Postal
Service. If you need to arrange faster delivery
